Often referred to as the Guangzhou Tower, this striking structure combines innovative engineering with elegant design, offering visitors breathtaking panoramic views of one of China’s most dynamic metropolitan areas.

Located along the banks of the Pearl River, the tower rises to a height of about 600 meters, making it one of the tallest towers in the world. Its distinctive twisting form gives the structure a graceful and futuristic appearance, earning it the nickname “Slim Waist Tower” among locals. From almost anywhere in the city, the tower’s slender silhouette can be seen dominating the skyline, especially at night when it glows with vibrant LED lights.

Completed in 2010 ahead of the 2010 Asian Games, the tower quickly became a major landmark and tourist attraction.
